Job Description : Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications.
- Define and enforce best practices in mobile development, coding standards, and architecture.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Mentor and guide mobile developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical direction.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve development efficiency.
- Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile development and bring innovative ideas to the team.
Requirements :
12+ years of experience in mobile development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, Java, React Native, or Flutter.Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).Experience with CI / CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance optimization.Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud services (AWS, Firebase, etc.).Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications :

Key Responsibilities
Architect, design, and oversee the development of native Android and iOS applications .Define and enforce mobile architecture standards, design principles, and best practices .Collaborate with product managers, designers, and development teams to define technical roadmaps.Ensure application scalability, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.Provide guidance on integration with APIs, SDKs, backend systems, and cloud services .Evaluate emerging mobile technologies and recommend adoption strategies.Conduct code reviews, performance testing, and architecture assessments .Mentor and guide development teams on complex mobile solutions.Work on deployment strategies for App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android) .Required Skills & Qualifications :
10+ years of overall software development experience, with at least 6+ years in mobile development (Android & iOS) .Proven experience as a Mobile Architect / Mobile Solution Architect .Strong hands-on skills in Kotlin, Java (Android) and Swift, Objective-C (iOS) .Expertise in mobile application architecture patterns MVVM, MVP, MVC, and Clean Architecture.Knowledge of API integration, REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, and mobile security frameworks .Experience with CI / CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Fastlane, and automated testing frameworks .Strong understanding of App Store & Google Play Store deployment processes .Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native, Xamarin) is a plus.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Good to Have :
