Role Description The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete operations of Neo Homes residential properties, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality living experience for all tenants. This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida. Qualifications & Skills Essential Skills Strong property management expertise Excellent knowledge of day-to-day operations, maintenance, and upkeep. Proven ability in tenant handling, conflict resolution, and customer service. Experience in vendor management and team supervision. Knowledge of safety standards, compliance norms, and property regulations. Proficiency in property management software (or ability to learn quickly). Basic computer skills (Excel, email communication, record keeping). Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment. Leadership skills to manage housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff. High level of organization and time management. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in PG / hostel / co-living or residential property management. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. Ability to handle pressure situations and deliver results. Knowledge of local area (Noida) and vendor networks is a plus.
