Job description

Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve SERP rankings.

Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.

Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.

Stay updated on the latest search engine algorithm changes and SEO trends.

Manage link-building strategies and backlink profiles.

Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.

Requirements

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website administration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Must be willing and able to work full-time on-site at our office location.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant SEO certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Yoast, SEMrush Academy) are a strong plus.
Experience with content management systems like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.
