Job Summary :
I am seeking a motivated and dynamic Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. As a fresher in this role, you will play a key part in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top healthcare talent for various healthcare facilities and organizations. You will be trained and guided by senior recruiters to understand the healthcare staffing needs and ensure that the recruitment process is smooth, efficient, and meets both client and candidate expectations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.0-6 months of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry (freshers are welcome to apply).Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with recruitment platforms and social media channels is a plus.Passionate about recruiting and healthcare.Eagerness to learn and develop a career in recruitment.Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and proactive.Key Responsibilities :
Candidate Sourcing : Actively search for potential candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and networking.Screening & Interviewing : Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for healthcare roles.Job Posting & Advertising : Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and assist in creating job descriptions.Candidate Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and ensure a positive candidate experience.Coordination with Clients : Liaise with healthcare organizations to understand their staffing needs and communicate requirements to candidates.Interview Scheduling & Documentation : Schedule interviews for candidates with hiring managers and ensure all required documents are collected.Database Management : Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, job openings, and recruitment metrics.Market Research : Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor practices in healthcare recruitment.Skills Required
