Job Summary : We are looking for an A&R professional with deep expertise in the Tamil music ecosystem - spanning devotional, film and non-film genres. This role involves scouting exceptional talent, developing high-quality projects to reach diverse audiences across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Talent Scouting & Acquisition : Identify and sign artists, lyricists, composers and producers across devotional and non-film spaces.
• Devotional Music Development : Ideate authentic spiritual projects, maintain and manage existing south catalogues.
• Release Strategy & Calendar Management : Schedule & curate music albums and releases around festive periods to maximize digital reach.
• Market & Trend Analysis : Track streaming data, industry developments and audience behaviour to take informed A&R decisions.
• Planning and monitoring projects : Being responsible for planning and monitoring assigned projects and complete music release schedule within agreed budgets and timelines for film and non-film music.
• Internal Coordination : Work closely with other label departments / employees, including Digital Sales & Promotion, Marketing, social media, Legal and Finance teams to ensure recorded material is commercially.
