The Change Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and implementing organizational change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and minimize resistance. This role focuses on driving adoption of new processes, technologies, and strategies while maintaining business continuity and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for projects and organizational initiatives.
Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify potential risks and resistance.
Collaborate with project teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
Design and deliver communication plans, training programs, and engagement activities.
Monitor and report on change progress, adoption rates, and effectiveness of change interventions.
Identify and resolve issues related to change resistance and provide coaching to leaders and teams.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with organizational change management frameworks.
Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve change processes
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Good years of experience in change management or related roles.
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies (e.g., Prosci , ADKAR), and tools.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports on change effectiveness.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci , ACMP).
Experience in large-scale transformation projects or ERP implementations.
Familiarity with Agile and digital transformation initiatives.
Strong leadership and coaching capabilities .
Experience working in global or multi-cultural environments.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Passion for learning and staying updated with emerging change management technologies.
