As a Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our marketing initiatives.The successful candidate will work independently to strategize & execute effective marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals.Typical work week looks like :
- Marketing Strategy Development Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Content Creation and Optimization Develop engaging and shareable content for various digital platforms.
- Create engaging and compelling content, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, and more.
- Optimize content for SEO and user experience to increase organic visibility.
- Distribution and Promotion Implement effective distribution strategies to maximize content reach and engagement.
- Utilize various channels such as social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
- Social Media Management Manage and curate content across social media channels to build brand awareness.
- Monitor social media analytics to assess the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Email Marketing Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements for increased effectiveness.
- Analytics and Reporting Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on digital marketing performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Collaboration and Communication Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
Our ideal candidate should have : -.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in marketing, business or related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing, or growth marketing preferably in a technology or AI-related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms ( Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRMS, email automation, social media management tools etc).
- Understands and is enthusiastically active on platforms like Quora, Medium, ProductHunt, Reddit, HARO, Other communities, etc.
- Strong writing and editing skills for content creation across various digital channels.
- Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Experience in creating and managing social media advertising campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with A / B testing methodologies.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing trends and technologies in the digital marketing landscape.
- Proactive approach to learning and staying updated on industry best practices.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end digital marketing responsibilities.
- Should be proactive and not be afraid to share and act on their own ideas.
