Job Snapshot We're looking for an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our internal users, providing expert technical support and managing our IT infrastructure. You'll work with a variety of technologies, ensuring a smooth and secure IT environment for all employees.

What's in it for you?

• Provide advanced support to internal users through our ticketing system, resolving complex technical issues efficiently.
• Manage and administer our core productivity suites, including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Handle user lifecycle management, including the onboarding and offboarding of users, ensuring a seamless process for new hires and departing employees.
• Perform user inductions and provide training on IT systems and best practices.
• Administer and maintain our Jamf Pro environment for macOS device management.
• Provide comprehensive support for both macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Manage and support Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations to streamline user access to applications.
• Oversee antivirus support and other security tools to protect against threats.
• Participate in IT infrastructure maintenance, including system building and deployment.
• Assist with the management of cloud infrastructure.
