Dynamic Business Development and HR Internship

This internship is a dual-track opportunity that combines business development and human resources. As an intern, you will have the chance to develop expertise in both areas and work directly with senior leadership.

You will gain customer-facing experience with international clients and have the opportunity for fast-track career progression as a high performer. The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation and client outreach, supporting business proposals and presentations, digital marketing support, CRM management and market research, and customer-facing interactions.

The role also involves supporting global recruitment processes, crafting compelling job descriptions, conducting initial candidate screenings and coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment metrics and candidate pipelines, and utilizing innovative recruitment strategies including social media.

Essential Requirements :

• Work USA CST hours (8 PM IST - 2 : 30 AM IST)
• Exceptional English communication skills - customer-facing role requirement
• Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, HR, or related)
• Go-getter mentality with proven lead generation abilities
• Pleasing personality suitable for client interactions
• Strong internet connection and dedicated workspace
• Self-motivated and independent worker
