Food & Beverage Director | India

Our client is looking for an experienced F & B Director who understands the true meaning of providing exceptional hospitality. In addition to your proven financial and people management skills, you will be a leader who can inspire teams to deliver long lasting impressions on their guests.

THE ROLE

• Ensure all the outlets & banquets operate successfully and are individually profitable
• Motivate a highly successful team to ensure all employees provide exceptional guest service at all times
• Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
• Responsible for monthly costs, inventory, and daily operating expenses
• Formulate F&B marketing plans to increase revenue and improve guest experiences
• Consult with outlet managers and HR to hire and mentor new staff

• Up to $120K ($80K USD) NETT
