Job Detail : Position : Senior Software Engineer (PHP | MongoDB | Mysql | Elasticsearch | Laravel)

Experience : 6–8 years

Location : Noida

Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, consumer-facing web applications using LAMP stack technologies.
  • Architect and optimize Elasticsearch-based indexing and querying systems. Build and manage RESTful APIs that power our front-end application. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, DevOps, and product managers.
  • Ensure system security through best practices, including XSS, CSRF, and input validation.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers as needed.
  • Work with version control systems (Git preferred) for source code management.
  • Maintain and optimize MySQL and MongoDB schemas, queries, and performance.
  • Contribute to deployment processes with a working understanding of nginx, AWS, and other DevOps tools.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and consider their use where beneficial (AI / ML integration is a plus).

Key Skills & Requirements :

  • 4–8 years of experience in backend development with strong PHP expertise.
  • Solid command over MVC frameworks like Laravel. Proficiency in MySQL database design and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Elasticsearch (index architecture, querying, optimization).
  • Experience with REST API creation and integration. Familiarity with JavaScript and jQuery.
  • Comfort with nginx as both a development and deployment environment. Proficient in using Git or similar version control systems.

    • Minimum Qualifications :

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Strong foundational knowledge of software development principles, algorithms, and data structures.

    Good to Have :

  • Exposure to AWS, Akamai, or other cloud / CDN services.
  • Understanding of DevOps tools and CI / CD processes.
  • Exposure to AI / ML implementation along with Python.
  • Knowledge of application security best practices and mitigation strategies.
