Maximo Lead

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Maximo Lead to design, plan, and guide the development and delivery of IBM Maximo solutions. The role involves providing technical leadership, overseeing solution architecture, performance optimization, and managing implementation and upgrade projects on Maximo Application Suite 8.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, plan, and recommend Maximo solutions while leading the technical delivery team.
• Guide all technical aspects of solution development, integration, and performance improvement.
• Lead MAS upgrade and implementation projects.
• Implement, configure, and customize Maximo Mobile and other MAS components.
• Provide Maximo consulting services to clients, including conducting requirement workshops and gap analysis.
• Lead the functional design process and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, analysts, and test teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Develop and deliver user training, create documentation, and manage UAT sessions.
• Support recruitment, resource management, and business development initiatives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
