Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Human Resource Director cum Personal Assistant (PA). The individual will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, handling performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Additionally, the role will require providing personal assistance and support to executive team members.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Policies, and Employee Relations skills
• Experience in Performance Management
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in providing personal assistance to executives is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
