About Your Team :

• Service Now Platform Team is part of Enterprise Techhnology Services (ETS) works along with Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) function.
• It is a growing team supporting a strategic platform that provides enterprise level solutions for managing and automating IT servies, operations and workflows across a number of departments within our organization.
• The Platform is widely used and embedded for IT Service Management, but it also growing rapidly to support broad range of other products like HRSD, Employee Centre, Security Operations and Vulnerabily Response Module, as well as business workflow capabilities.

About Your Role :

• As Technology product owner for HR Service Delivery and Integrated Risk Management, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing and delivering capabilities that enhance employee experience, streamline HR operations, and strengthern Enterprise Risk and compliance processes.
• You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams and governance functions to ensure that Service now solution deliver measurable business outcomes.
• You will be primarily be responsible as a point of contact for HRSD and IRM modules within the Service Now platform.
• Your key responsibilities will be working as Strategic ownership who serve as a primary contact for HRSD and IRM modules within the Service now platform.
• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives and platform governance.
• Partenr with HR, Risk, compliance and other Tech leades to translate business needs to platform capabilities.
• You continuously assess business value, adoption, and enhancement opportunities across HR and Risk modules.
• The role will involve regular BAU (Business As Usual) support during UK / India business hours and will involve 24 x 7 oncall support and weekend working on a rota basis.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Vision.

• Define and owner strategic roadmap for HRSD and IRM modules aligned with enterprise digital strategy.
• Act as a though leader and trusted advisor to HR, risk and compliance leadership on leveraging Service now for business transformation.
• Identify opportunities to enhance employeed and risk management journeys through automation, AI and analytics.
• Ensure platform scalability, compliance and alignment with Service Now best practices and governane frameworks.
• Leadership and Stakeholder Management.
• Engage with Senior business sakeholders to define and prioritize value-driven initiatives.
• Lead cross functional discussions across HR, Risk, compliance to harmonize processes and outcomes.
• Present business cases, release outcomes and strategic updates to executive steering - committees.
• Foster the culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Service Now COE.
• Backlog Ownership and Delivery governance.
• Own the HRSD and IRM product backlogs and ensure prioritization based on value, compliance and technical readiness.
• Transalte strategic initiatives into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Architects, solution leads, developers to delivery high-quality scalable solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end data quality, process alignment and compliance with Security standards.
• Ensure platform data quality, process alignment and compliance with security standards.
• Drives process standardization and automation across HR case management, lifecycle events, policy management and risk workflows.
• Measure and report on business value, adoption metrics and continuous improvement outcomes.
• Benchmark processes against industry best practices and Service now roadmap capabilities.
• Lead periordic platform reviews to ensure optimal utilization and ROI.
• Around 12 to 15 Years of progressive working knowledge on Service Now Delivery and Product ownership.
• Proven Leadership in HR service delivery and Integrated Risk management implementations.
• Deep understanding of Service Now Platform architecture, governance , integrations and reporting frameworks.
