Kiddopia is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Chartered Accountant with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in handling financial management, accounting, compliance, and reporting functions.
The Manager – Finance, Accounts, and Tax will play a critical role in maintaining financial health, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making by delivering accurate financial insights.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, journal entries, reconciliation of accounts, and closing activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IND AS, ).
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results to management.
2. Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, including transfer Pricing, and other applicable laws.Coordinate and manage internal and statutory audits.Prepare and file timely tax returns and ensure proper documentation.3. Budgeting & Financial Analysis
Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.Implement cost control measures and identify process improvement opportunities.4. Internal Controls & Process Improvements
Maintain internal control frameworks to safeguard company assets.Streamline accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.Ensure proper documentation and adherence to corporate policies.5. Team Leadership & Coordination
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff, ensuring their continuous development.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Legal, etc.) for financial and accounting inputs.6. ERP, banking operations and Working capital management
Manage accounting software / ERP systems for accurate and efficient financial processing.Provide inputs for system improvements and automation.Cash, Banking and treasury managementRequired Qualifications & Experience :
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (ICAI).Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounts and tax functions.Strong knowledge of IND AS, GST, Income Tax, TDS, FEMA and corporate laws.Experience in financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, budgeting, and MIS reporting.Hands-on experience in ERP systems (Tally, QuickBooks etc.).Key Competencies :
