Senior QHSE Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

1.

Daily Review of Jibe for All Vessels

Identify reports that need to be uploaded to Isometrix, including reviewing

activities uploaded on Jibe :

a. Incident Reports, including HPI

b. Near Miss Reports

c. High Potential Hazards from the Be Safe report

d. Internal and External Inspections and their closure

2.

Daily Liaison with Ship and Shore Staff

Communicate with ship and shore personnel daily to gather necessary information not available on Jibe for report completion.

3.

Track VFL Reports

Maintain an Excel sheet to track VFL reported by vessels and update this information on Isometrix.

4.

Follow-Up on Action Item Status

Follow-Up on Action Item Status Check the status of action items with the vessel bi-weekly to ensure closure.

5.

Upload High Potential Incidents

Ensure that high potential incidents are uploaded to Isometrix promptly after gathering information from the vessel and the vessel manager so as to generate Alert

6.

Monitor Isometrix Training

Keep track of training for ship staff on the Isometrix platform and follow up till completion of training

7.

Collate and Upload KPI Data

Collect KPI data from all vessels, verify it at the office, and upload it to the O&T portal.

8.

Manage Isometrix Entries

Ensure all entries required by ship staff on the Isometrix platform are handled at the office to avoid duplication by ship personnel.

Knowledge & Experience

Education : Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience : 2nd Officer / 3rd Engineer
