QA Analyst - Capital Markets

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products and services.

• You will work closely with business users to identify and resolve issues related to billing, payment, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with delivery and QA teams to conduct calibration sessions and ensure alignment on testing objectives.
• Perform functional testing, quality reporting, and issue tracking across applications.
• Drive best practices in testing processes, methodologies, tools, and technologies.
• Build, enhance, and maintain test frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Conduct briefings and knowledge sessions for advisors addressing service quality gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure testing is aligned with agile software development practices.
• Engage in continuous improvement of test strategies to support product and business goals.
