Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analytics & Reporting

Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand performance trends across key business metrics (traffic, revenue, engagement, etc.).

Identify root causes of metric fluctuations (RCA) and recommend corrective actions.

Build automated dashboards and performance trackers in Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Excel.

Deliver regular Business Reviews, Monthly Dashboards, and performance insights for leadership teams.

2. Strategy & Planning

Partner with leadership in AOP (Annual Operating Plan) creation and quarterly reforecasting exercises.

Perform market benchmarking and competitive analysis using tools like SimilarWeb, Semrush, and Comscore.

Develop data-backed insights to support new growth initiatives and business strategy formulation.

Track progress on strategic projects and highlight deviations or opportunities.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with product, editorial, sales, and marketing teams to align data-led decision-making with business goals.

Collaborate with the analytics implementation team for accurate tagging, data capture, and reporting setup.

Present insights and recommendations to senior management in a clear and actionable format.

4. Tools & Platforms

Data Visualization : Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio

Research Tools : SimilarWeb, Semrush, Comscore
