Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Indian Curry CDP (Chef de Partie). The Indian Curry CDP will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Indian curry dishes, ensuring ingredients are fresh, and maintaining the hygiene standards of the kitchen. The role also includes collaborating with the head chef on recipe development and menu planning, training junior kitchen staff, and managing inventory and stock levels.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and cooking a variety of Indian curry dishes
• Experience in recipe development, menu planning, and ingredient selection
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to manage inventory and stock levels
• Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Formal culinary training or a degree in culinary arts is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage

Preference - will be given to candidates based out of Bangalore and early joiners
