Chartered Accountant (FMS Vertical)

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Strategy & Planning : Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance growth and profitability in the FMS vertical.
• Budgeting & Cost Control : Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to optimize cost efficiencies and ensure sustainable financial performance.
• Statutory Compliance & Taxation : Ensure compliance with GST, direct / indirect taxes, and all statutory financial regulations, including audit requirements.
• Financial Reporting & MIS : Prepare and analyze financial statements, monthly / quarterly MIS reports, and cash flow statements for decision-making.
• Project Funding & Investment : Manage project funding, restructuring, loan approvals, and optimize fund utilization for business expansion.
• Internal Controls & Risk Management : Establish robust financial controls, conduct risk assessments, and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.
• Client & Vendor Financial Management : Oversee financial agreements, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations with clients and vendors.
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficient financial operations and adherence to policies and best practices.
