Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Strategy & Planning : Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance growth and profitability in the FMS vertical.
- Budgeting & Cost Control : Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to optimize cost efficiencies and ensure sustainable financial performance.
- Statutory Compliance & Taxation : Ensure compliance with GST, direct / indirect taxes, and all statutory financial regulations, including audit requirements.
- Financial Reporting & MIS : Prepare and analyze financial statements, monthly / quarterly MIS reports, and cash flow statements for decision-making.
- Project Funding & Investment : Manage project funding, restructuring, loan approvals, and optimize fund utilization for business expansion.
- Internal Controls & Risk Management : Establish robust financial controls, conduct risk assessments, and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.
- Client & Vendor Financial Management : Oversee financial agreements, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations with clients and vendors.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficient financial operations and adherence to policies and best practices.
Key Requirements :
Qualification : CA (Chartered Accountant) is mandatory. Additional certifications (CFA, CPA, etc.) are an advantage.Expertise : Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, statutory compliance, project funding, and cost optimization.Skills : Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills with expertise in financial software and ERP systems.Communication : Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to liaise with senior management, clients, and regulatory bodies.Preferred Industry Background :
