Job descriptionA fresher or have up to 2 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, or any related field Holds a Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, BSc, etc.) Has strong communication skills (spoken and written English) Comfortable working in US Night Shifts (India night hours) Detail-oriented, organized, and good with numbers Able to follow structured processes and meet deadlines Exposure to receivables / collections in any industry Experience handling logistics documents like BOLs, Rate Cons, PODs Familiarity with finance applications like QuickBooks, TAFS, etc. Hands-on training in U.S. freight finance and factoring processes Opportunity to work directly with American clients Dynamic, collaborative team culture Compensation as per industry standards Work from our Bangalore office — no remote option

What You’ll Do
As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you’ll be responsible for managing and tracking payments from brokers and clients in the U.S. freight industry. You’ll play a key role in ensuring cash flow and financial accuracy for our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Managing and monitoring daily receivables and collections from brokers
- Verifying submitted documents like Rate Confirmations, BOLs, and PODs
- Following up via email / phone to ensure timely payments
- Reconciling payments and updating ERP / factoring systems
- Resolving short payments, discrepancies, or document mismatches
- Coordinating with U.S. clients and internal operations teams
- Maintaining AR reports, aging summaries, and broker communication logs
- Assisting with audits and monthly closing reports
