We’re looking for a social-first storyteller who can bring the world of hardware manufacturing to life through engaging content with a strong emphasis on video-led narratives. This is not a “sit behind the desk” role. You’ll be on the floor, brainstorming, scripting, shooting, and publishing content that sparks conversation and builds community across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.

Think of this role as a mix of strategy + creativity + execution where you’ll ideate, create, and publish with speed and consistency. You’ll also own the content style, voice, and storytelling formats for our leadership profiles, helping to build a consistent narrative across personal LinkedIn and other social handles.
Responsibilities
Own social media strategy and content calendar across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram
Conceptualize and execute short-form and long-form content (with video as the primary format)
Collaborate with engineers, supply chain leads, and leadership to turn complex ideas into simple, engaging narratives
Spotlight our capabilities, partnerships, case studies, and thought leadership in creative ways
Build the brand voice across leadership profiles on LinkedIn and other platforms
Track performance metrics and refine content based on insights
You Should Have
2–4 years of experience in content creation (agency, startup, or freelance)
A bias for action – you’re not afraid to run around with a mic and camera
Understanding (or willingness to learn) of hardware, manufacturing, and EMS is a plus
Curiosity and storytelling instincts – you know how to make niche topics engaging
Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels
Bonus If You :
Have worked with B2B or tech hardware startups
Can also write short scripts, blog intros, or thought leadership posts
Have built your own content brand or side project
