The Welder–Fitter is responsible for assembling, fitting, and welding metal parts and structures according to engineering drawings and specifications. The role involves reading blueprints, preparing materials, and ensuring high-quality, safe, and accurate welding and fitting work.

🧩 Skills & Competencies :

• Proficiency in different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC, Gas) .
• Ability to read technical drawings and fabrication sketches .
• Knowledge of metal properties and fabrication processes.
• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation .
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in workshop or site environments.
• Understanding of safety regulations and PPE requirements .
