At Konecta , we are transforming customer engagement with next-generation cloud-based platforms. We’re looking for an experienced Implementation Engineer with a strong background in Contact Center technologies and cloud (AWS) deployments to join our fast-growing team.
What You’ll Do
Lead the implementation of Konecta products into customer ecosystems.
Act as a consultant and product SME , gathering requirements and aligning solutions with client needs.
Configure, test, and deploy Konecta software in multi-tenant SaaS environments .
Train and support users, ensuring smooth adoption and transition to production.
Troubleshoot implementation issues while effectively communicating updates to clients.
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of omnichannel communication technologies and their role in contact centers.
Hands-on experience with Contact Center software suites (Five9, Cisco UCCE, Amazon Connect, NICE, Twilio, Avaya, Genesys). Five9 experience is a plus.
Strong skills in SQL (mandatory), IP networking, and REST APIs.
Familiarity with AWS, Linux, Nginx, Redis .
Previous experience with outbound contact center products (dialer, ACD, IVR, etc).
Excellent problem-solving ability, consultative communication style, and a customer-first mindset.
