About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Lead / Head of ServiceNow Practice to transform current ServiceNow capabilities into a fully structured, scalable, and market-leading practice. This is a highly strategic, executive-facing role responsible for defining the practice vision, implementing robust operational frameworks, driving measurable commercial growth, and cementing our position as a leader in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities & Impact
Practice Strategy & Design
- Establish the Vision : Define and communicate a clear, product-aligned vision for the ServiceNow Practice, moving from a capability-based model to structured, scalable verticals (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD).
- Strategic Planning : Develop and execute a strategic roadmap (30-60-90 days and beyond) focused on measurable financial and operational outcomes .
Governance, Operations & Growth
Implement Governance : Institute a unified governance framework to standardize delivery processes, quality assurance, and decision-making across all engagements.Drive Profitability : Manage practice budgets, report on ROI , and actively drive efficiency and profitable growth through strategic resource deployment.Commercial Alignment : Partner closely with Sales, Pre-sales, and Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and support high-impact client engagements.Talent & Capability Uplift

Practice Leadership : Proven experience building, scaling, and leading a ServiceNow or equivalent enterprise platform practice from inception or transformation.Framework Expertise : Demonstrated success in developing and implementing operational frameworks, comprehensive governance models, and successful capability uplift programs.Business Acumen : Experience delivering measurable outcomes in performance improvement, revenue growth, and financial management (P&L experience preferred).Platform Mastery : Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform capabilities, its market trends, and product verticals.Influence & Stakeholder Management : Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of a global organization.What We Offer
