✅ Analyze business requirements and architect effective solutions

✅ Lead and mentor technical teams

✅ Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems

✅ Ensure platform customization aligns with best practices

✅ Conduct system testing for stability and performance

✅ Provide strategic guidance on ServiceNow capabilities

✅ Drive continuous improvement of existing solutions
