You’ll play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company’s growth. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce plans.
• Source candidates through multiple channels (, job portals, referrals, social media, etc.).
• Conduct screening calls, interviews , and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain and update the ATS / candidate database regularly.
• Create a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to recruitment marketing campaigns .
• Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.
