Executive Procurement - Nutraceutials, Oleoresins,Essntial oils, Herbal Extracts

Role Overview : The Procurement Executive will manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, labels, and printed components for Aora’s nutraceutical range. The role demands strong negotiation, vendor management, and coordination skills , ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop Source raw materials – special extracts, active pharma ingredients, excipients and negotiate with suppliers for labels, bottles, cartons, and packaging materials .

and maintain strong vendor relationships and conduct performance evaluations.

Ensure all materials comply with FSSAI / GMP quality and documentation standards.

Collaborate with Production, QA, Regulatory, and R&D teams for approvals and specifications.

Track market trends, manage purchase orders, and ensure cost optimization.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Food Technology, Chemistry , or Supply Chain Management .

4–8 years of procurement experience in nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or food supplements .

Strong negotiation and analytical skills with hands-on vendor management experience.

Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle) preferred.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
