This role serves as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and Marketing , owning the market narrative and translating product capabilities into buyer value.
The three goals of Product Marketing are :
Be the voice of the product to the market, and voice of the market to the product
Generate and accelerate qualified pipeline
Drive product adoption and ARR expansion
Operationally the PMM Lead will work closely with Product Management, AEs, Sales Enablement, Demand Gen, Customer Success, RevOps, and Design .
They will own messaging, buyer personas, competitive narrative, launch orchestration, and market intelligence. They are accountable for ensuring every GTM function speaks in one voice .
Own the website, and inbound content + performance
Constantly touch base with SDRs, AEs to track the messaging and capture insights.
Mentor, and manage one junior member to get things done.
