We are seeking a skilled IT staffing recruitment professional to join our team and contribute to the growth of our US IT staffing services business.
The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting, including technical recruiting, with a proven track record of career progression.
- Strong understanding of IT labor categories and technical terms
- Knowledge of US work visa legislation
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard applicant tracking systems, recruiting tools, and databases
- Bachelor's degree in technology, science, or business
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the recruiting lead / manager to achieve individual and team objectives, following company standard recruiting processes, and developing candidate networks.
Candidates without prior recruiting experience will be considered for trainee positions.
Market competitive compensation package includes base pay and variable incentives.
