The Role
We're looking for a Human Resources Executive (Part-Time) to manage and support our growing team. You'll be the heartbeat of our people operations — ensuring smooth HR processes, supporting recruitment efforts, nurturing the workplace culture, and keeping things running like clockwork.
This is a part-time, in-office role ideal for someone who's organized, empathetic, and enjoys balancing structure with spontaneity in a creative agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination, from job postings and resume screening to interview scheduling and onboarding
- Maintain HR documentation, attendance records, and employee data
- Coordinate joining formalities, offer letters, and exit processes
- Assist in organizing internal team events, birthday celebrations, and cultural activities
- Manage leave records, basic payroll inputs, and vendor coordination with accounts
- Serve as the go-to person for employee queries, feedback, and support
- Help cultivate a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment
- Liaise with management for HR policies, feedback loops, and appraisal support
What You Bring
1-3 years of experience in HR or people operations (agency / start-up background preferred)Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skillsA hands-on approach with a proactive attitude toward tasks and responsibilitiesBasic understanding of HR practices, documentation, and recruitment processesProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and empathy in all situationsA love for team culture, wellness initiatives, and people-first thinkingSkills Required
