Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the advertising agency to achieve business goals.
- Lead and manage a team of creative and account management professionals to deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective advertising solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Ensure all advertising projects are completed on time and within budget, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and digital, to drive integrated marketing strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for clients, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications
12-15 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field.Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Strong understanding of advertising strategies, creative processes, and media planning.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-facing presence.Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and SEO / SEM.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Education
