Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for the Head of Business Development. The Head of Business Development will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, leading sales and account management efforts, and expanding business opportunities. The role includes setting strategic goals, conducting market analysis, building client relationships, and negotiating contracts to drive company growth.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company sales and growth objectives.
- Lead sales, account management, and client retention efforts to expand the organization's customer base.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring consistent value delivery and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals in alignment with company goals and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, and operations) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the business development team.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on growth initiatives and market positioning.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
