About the Role :

HeadField Solutions is looking for an experienced

Corporate Recruiter

with

1–4 years of in-house recruiting experience , preferably handling

Sales, BDM, and similar corporate roles . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing through

LinkedIn, Monster, and other recruitment platforms . This role requires a proactive recruiter who can source, screen, and close candidates effectively while working closely with our internal teams.

Key Requirements :

Minimum 1–4 years of experience in

corporate in-house recruiting .

Hands-on experience recruiting

Sales, Business Development, and related roles .

Strong experience sourcing candidates through

LinkedIn, Monster, and other platforms .

Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.

Ability to work independently in a

fast-paced, corporate environment .

Important Note :

This role is strictly for experienced recruiters.

No HR Generalists, Operations, or administrative professionals

will be considered.
