Job Title : ServiceNow Developer

Location : Remote (Canada)

Type : Full-Time

We are seeking a hands-on and creative ServiceNow Developer with proven experience in CSM, HRSD and ITSM modules. You will be responsible for configuration, development, and testing of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including custom app development, and a desire to work in a collaborative, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform configuration, development, and testing across the ITSM, HRSD, and CSM modules of the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and implement custom applications using scoped apps, Scripted APIs, UI Builder, and the Now Experience Framework.
• Configure workflows, forms, lists, UI policies, business rules, client / server scripts, and notifications.
• Develop integrations using REST / SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, business analysts, and QA engineers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write and maintain technical documentation, conduct code reviews, and follow development standards.
• Participate in unit testing, peer reviews, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and performance.
• Continuously monitor and improve platform health, performance, and usability.
