Position : Service Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical)

Experience : Fresher or up to 1 year

Qualification : Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Roles & Responsibilities

Install, commission, and service machinery at client sites.

Troubleshoot technical issues (mechanical / electrical) and provide effective solutions.

Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure machine uptime.

Provide technical support and training to customers.

Maintain proper documentation of service activities (reports, checklists, etc.).

Coordinate with the Service Manager and Head Office for escalations and support.

Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt service and professional interaction.

Key Skills Required

Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical or Electrical fundamentals.

Basic understanding of industrial machinery.

Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70% of the time).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
