Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAS Platform-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues within critical business systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of new applications and system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction goals.
Professional & Technical Skills :
Proficiency in SAS Platform.Experience in SAS Analytics is a good-to-have skill.Strong understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies.Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Skills Required
