As a Logistics & Billing Executive, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth order dispatches, accurate billing, and efficient coordination across teams — keeping our operations running seamlessly every day.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate Dispatches and Deliveries with logistics partners and internal teams.
• Prepare and process Sales Invoices, Delivery Challans, and Credit / Debit Notes.
• Track shipment status and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Maintain accurate Records of Inward and Outward Goods, stock movements, and transport documentation.
• Support the Accounts Team with billing queries, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with company Billing, Taxation (GST), and Logistics Policies.
