The Onboarding Specialist ensures learners are fully prepared for their PgCTL journey by guiding them through prerequisites, tracking progress, and coordinating orientation sessions with the Progress Advisor and Liaison. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and facilitating smooth communication across teams.
Location : Work From Home.
Compensation : INR 3 LPA CTC, depending on experience and capability.
Key Accountability & Responsibilities :
- Track learners through the Onboarding Journey Tracker and ensure timely progress.
- Contact learners to verify completion of all prerequisites.
- Provide guidance and support to learners in completing their onboarding requirements.
- Schedule and confirm Orientation sessions in coordination with the PAL.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth communication across teams.
Qualification Criteria
Experience : 6 months – 2 yearsBackground in Customer Service is mandatory.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Highly organised, able to manage multiple learners and timelines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Polite, compassionate, and confident in mentoring and guiding learners.Comfortable working with digital learning and communication platforms.Why Join Us?
