Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Chef located in Bengaluru. The Executive Chef will oversee kitchen operations, plan and create menus, manage food preparation, and lead the culinary team. Responsibilities include maintaining food quality and safety standards, supervising inventory and procurement, and ensuring cost efficiency. The role will involve collaborating with clients to customize menu offerings and consistently delivering high-quality dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Culinary Arts, including food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen operations management
• Experience in leadership roles such as staff management, team training, and ensuring performance excellence
• Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and inventory management
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client collaboration abilities
• Prior experience in Corporate or Industrial catering is a plus
