We bring together 25+ cyber domains under one view — enabling CISOs and Risk Leaders to gain real-time visibility, automate compliance, and accelerate audit readiness.

We are now expanding our GTM function and looking for a Field Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, engagement, and pipeline growth through events, partnerships, and regional marketing initiatives.

Role Overview

As a Field Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing regional marketing programs that align with SPOG’s enterprise GTM strategy. You will collaborate with sales, partnerships, and demand generation teams to deliver measurable impact on lead generation, deal acceleration, and brand credibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Strategy & Execution :
• Plan and execute regional events — industry conferences, roundtables, and CXO dinners — to engage prospects and customers.
• Sales Enablement :
• Partner with the GTM team to create regional campaign assets, event follow-ups, and ABM support materials.
• Partner Marketing :
• Work with technology and channel partners to co-market events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Pipeline Influence :
• Align field activities with regional sales priorities; measure ROI and track pipeline impact from each campaign.
• Content & Collateral :
• Customize messaging, decks, and success stories for vertical-specific field campaigns (BFSI, Manufacturing, Enterprise).
• Lead Nurturing :
• Drive post-event engagement through personalized outreach in collaboration with SDR and AE teams.
• Brand Experience :
• Ensure consistent SPOG.ai branding and messaging across all offline and digital touchpoints.
