WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a seasoned performance marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will take ownership of our paid marketing strategy, execution, and optimization across platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, and display networks. This role requires a mix of analytical acumen, creative problem-solving, and hands-on campaign management. You will have the freedom to experiment, iterate, and scale successful strategies while managing a substantial budget to drive profitable growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving performance marketing for a globally known brand, ensuring we reach and engage audiences effectively at scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on Facebook / Instagram and Google Ads, while testing new and emerging growth platforms.
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and long-term sustainable subscription revenue growth.
• Identify and expand key audience segments using data-driven insights.
• Directly execute optimizations on ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies through structured testing and iteration.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze subscription metrics (CAC, LTV, trial-to-paid conversion, churn, retention cohorts, renewal rates, ROAS), and translate learnings into actionable improvements.
• Collaborate closely with product, business and analytics teams to align performance marketing with broader company goals.
• Manage and forecast budgets effectively, ensuring spend efficiency and strong ROI.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and emerging performance marketing practices.
