(Sales, Account Management, MSP, Procurement, Talent Acquisition, Client Relationship & Communication, Mexico, LATAM)
Work Location : Noida, India
Work Type : Onsite 5 days
Working Hours : Night Shift (as per Mexico Time zone)
Staffing Industry experience
Education : Bachelor's degree
Required Skills :
- 2 to 5 years of overall experience in IT Staffing and / or IT Services industry (Perm Placements / Direct Hire, Nearshore Hiring, SOW)
- Supported SI / IT Services organizations
- Heavy end to end recruiting and sales life cycle experience
- Prior experience with Client Relationship & Communication (Hiring Manager, TAG, MSP, Procurement)
- Prior experience of Sales and Account Management experience
- Prior experience with ATS, LinkedIn and VMS tools
- Prior experience with CRM tools - Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Navigator or similar
- Prior experience with HubSpot and Zoom Info.
- Technology understanding is highly preferred.
- Ideally supported LATAM / Mexico region
- Excellent English communication skills
- Great personality and interpersonal skills
- Spanish language is highly preferred Skills
