Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Learning and Development Internship role located in India. The intern will be responsible for supporting training and development initiatives, managing learning management systems, designing instructional content, and providing coaching. Additional responsibilities include facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

• Skills in Training & Development and Learning Management
• Competencies in Instructional Design and Communication
• Experience in Coaching
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using learning management systems and related software
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree or current enrollment in a related field such as Human Resources, Education, or Psychology
