• Proven experience in managing end-to-end software delivery
• Hands-on experience with international clients , especially in technology-driven projects
• Fluency in Korean (spoken and written) is mandatory , as the role involves regular communication with Korean-speaking stakeholders

Requirements

Job Description : Candidates should have at least 4 years experience as a Business Analyst Should have strong international client facing skills and cross team / group / organisation collaboration skills. Experience of working on an Enterprise software development project, with team sizes larger than 10 members Excellent written and Verbal communication skills - there will be regular calls and meetings with clients Should have prior experience working in an Agile software development project – At least 2 years experience You will work closely with the customer teams for demonstrating features developed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Should have experience in transforming requirements to software design. Good to have : able to understand requirements related to IoT, Utilities, Connected devices Responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business Candidates should have good analytical skills and should be able to work independently.
