Role Overview :

We are seeking a Business Head to run and scale our non-lending service business. This role is ideal for a young, ambitious MBA graduate (2-5 years experience) who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll be the CEO's eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring monetisation opportunities beyond lending are identified, tested, and scaled.

Key Responsibilities :

• Business Strategy & Growth : Shape and execute strategy for the service business, focusing on revenue channels like demand aggregation, partnerships, and asset monetisation.
• Execution & Ownership : Drive pilots and initiatives end-to-end, from business model design to on-ground execution.
• Revenue Channel Development : Build and test new service-based monetisation models across Metafin's 5,000+ projects.
• Market Intelligence : Actively gather insights from customers, field teams, and ecosystem players to identify opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Leadership : Coordinate across product, operations, and partnerships to execute strategy.
• Performance Monitoring : Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks for the service business.
• CEO Support : Act as a thought partner and problem-solver for the CEO in scaling this business vertical.
