Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Service through Emails and Chat.
Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels.
Build client & domain knowledge to be able to deliver a resolution on the first conversation.
Resolve the queries by closing the open tickets.
Knowledge of Finance domain (Mutual Fund) is mandatory.
To Meet Their Needs and Ensure Quality Service is given at all times.
Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable customer value.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate with 1 year experience into customer service (Email / Chat can apply).
Candidate should have excellent Written and verbal skills.
