Are you a strategic leader passionate about driving excellence in US Healthcare RCM? NOS is seeking two impactful leaders to champion operational excellence, client success, and strategic growth within our dynamic RCM practice. We have openings for a Director of Operations and a Senior Manager of Practice Excellence .

Position Overviews & Key Responsibilities :

1. Director of Operations - RCM (Strategic & P&L Leadership)

This role is for a visionary leader who will own the strategy and P&L for our RCM division.

• Strategic Vision : Develop and execute the operational strategy, aligning departmental goals with the company's overall vision and financial targets.
• Financial Stewardship : Own the division's P&L, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth through optimized revenue capture, reduced denials, and accelerated collections.
• Operational Scale : Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging technology and automation to streamline end-to-end RCM processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a large, high-performing team of managers and specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

2. Senior Manager - RCM Practice Excellence (Client-Facing & Operational Execution)

This role is for a client-centric leader who excels at building relationships and driving daily operational excellence.
