Key Responsibilities :
Presales & Solutioning :
Lead the solution architecture for Oracle CX Cloud across Sales, Service, Marketing, Subscription Management, and Enterprise contracts.
Understand client business needs across Quote-to-Revenue , Enterprise Contracts, Subscription Lifecycle , and Service Management to craft end-to-end CX solutions.
Prepare and deliver customer presentations, demos, and value propositions that align Oracle capabilities with business goals.
Design scalable CX architectures that integrate seamlessly with ERP, SCM, and HCM applications.
Partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to drive opportunities from discovery to closure.
Represent Oracle in client meetings, industry forums, and partner ecosystems to strengthen the brand’s CX footprint
Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong expertise in Oracle CX Cloud (Sales, Service, Subscription Management, Marketing, or Siebel).
Awareness of Quote-to-Revenue processes , Subscription Billing , and Revenue Recognition flows.
Exposure to ERP, SCM, and HCM integration touchpoints in enterprise landscapes
Exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities across clients, partners, and internal teams.
