We’re on the hunt for a Senior Specialist – SEO + SEM who lives and breathes performance marketing. You’ll own end-to-end growth strategy across search channels, leading data-driven decision-making, optimization, and execution. This is a hybrid role where strategic thinking meets hands-on campaign management — perfect for someone who can zoom out for the vision and zoom in for the details.
As a key part of our performance marketing squad, you’ll drive measurable results for our clients, lead specialists, and translate complex data into actionable insights that fuel growth and ROI.
Core Responsibilities
Domain Ownership
- Lead holistic full-funnel strategies across SEO and SEM — from awareness to conversion — leveraging audience insights, media mix modeling, and conversion data.
- Conduct in-depth channel and funnel audits , identifying gaps in keyword targeting, ad relevance, content architecture, and conversion journeys.
- Develop and forecast KPIs using predictive modeling and trend analysis to inform tactical planning and budget allocation.
- Collaborate with Analysts and Specialists to execute A / B tests, improve Quality Scores, reduce CPA, and maximize ROAS.
- Partner with creative and analytics teams to align messaging, content optimization, and landing page UX with performance goals.
Client Partnership
Lead QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) — present actionable insights, performance narratives, and forward-looking optimization roadmaps.Develop monthly performance roadmaps translating business objectives into measurable digital KPIs and tactical executions.Craft upsell and cross-sell pitches rooted in data insights, performance trends, and incremental revenue opportunities.Serve as the strategic point of contact for clients, ensuring proactive communication, performance transparency, and value delivery.Team Leadership
Mentor and lead a team of 3 Digital Specialists , setting weekly sprint goals, reviewing outputs, and fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.Run sprint and performance review meetings , ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and optimization loops.Champion new tools, automation workflows, and AI-driven insights across the team to elevate operational efficiency.Required Skills & Experience
4–7 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Search Marketing within a fast-paced digital agency.Proven track record managing SEO + SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta (advantage), and YouTube.Expertise in keyword strategy, bid management, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) .Deep understanding of GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Data Studio (Looker), SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Ads Editor .Solid grasp of automation, attribution modeling, funnel tracking, and data visualization .Strong analytical mindset — able to translate data signals into strategy shifts that drive ROI.Excellent stakeholder management and client presentation skills.Nice-to-Haves
Experience with programmatic buying, remarketing, or feed-based optimization .Exposure to AI-driven search automation tools (e.g., Performance Max, Smart Bidding, ChatGPT workflows).Familiarity with content clustering, LLM SEO, E-E-A-T frameworks, and intent mapping for advanced SEO strategy.Why Join Us
